1. DFM & Specification Lock

Evaluate structural feasibility, lock in material grades (steel, handle scales, pivots), and define exact technical tolerances.

2. Prototype Development

Build physical pre-production samples to verify ergonomics, handle comfort, deployment action (detent/pivot), and surface finishes.

3. Pilot Run (PPAP)

Execute a trial production run to optimize CNC fixtures, validate assembly tolerances, and eliminate potential mass-production risks.

4. Mass Production

Precision CNC machining, automated blade grinding, vacuum heat treatment control, and skilled hand-assembly for perfect centering and lockup.

5. Final Inspection & Packaging

100% functional testing (lockup safety, detent strength, blade play) paired with cosmetic inspections based on strict AQL standards.
